Jellybean’s Easter Takeover: Wildlife World Zoo Partners with Jelly Belly for Unforgettable Egg Hunts!!
Following the excitement surrounding the naming of the zoo’s endangered baby pygmy hippo Jellybean, Jelly Belly® has teamed up with Wildlife World Zoo to help transform this year’s Easter celebration into a candy filled family adventure. This year’s Easter egg hunts will feature thousands of Easter eggs filled with Jelly Belly® jellybeans, along with a chance for lucky guests to win fun merchandise from the Easter Bunny throughout the weekend. Along with thousands of Easter eggs filled with Jelly Belly® jellybeans, thousands more eggs will be filled with small toys and special prize certificates redeemable throughout the zoo. And for an extra exciting surprise, one giant ostrich egg will be hidden during each hunt for a special grand prize giveaway. After each hunt, families can enjoy a free photo opportunity with the Easter Bunny. As guests leave the zoo, children who return their recyclable eggs will also receive a free child admission ticket to use on a future visit.
Families visiting Easter weekend will also have the chance to see Jellybean, the zoo’s wildly popular baby pygmy hippo, with mom on exhibit, making this year’s celebration even more memorable!
“This is such a fun partnership and such a natural fit,” said Kristy Hayden, President of Wildlife World Zoo. “When our baby hippo was named Jellybean, it instantly created excitement, and now Jelly Belly® is helping us turn that excitement into a colorful, family friendly Easter weekend our guests are going to love!”
"When the zoo introduced its newest Pygmy Hippo and revealed the name Jellybean, we couldn't resist getting involved!" said Elise Sharkey, Brand Manager at Ferrara Candy Company." At Jelly Belly®, we're all about creating joyful, shareable moments, and this partnership brings that to life in such a special way."
In addition to all the Jelly Belly® fun, guests can also keep an eye out for another adorable new arrival at the zoo, a baby tapir, adding even more baby animal excitement to the spring season!
Wildlife World Zoo’s annual Easter Egg Hunts will take place Saturday and Sunday of Easter weekend and are free with regular zoo admission or membership. Egg hunts will be held in the playground area, with hunt times divided by age group to help make the experience fun and safe for everyone.
