“Went to the Rally with our 2 kids. Kids enjoyed ice skating, root beer floats and the rooftop pool in December. Location is excellent, rooms are excellent. Staff was very professional and kind. Kids left their stuffed animals in the room. We got home and discovered the missing stuffed animals, kids are distraught, email the Rally and the stuffed animals are shipped home the next day. I'm sold. We'll be back.”
