Such a great company to work with, Kyle came by to make sure the swingset would work in our yard and was able to install two weeks later. Easy process, great quality, knowledgeable employees! Would highly recommend.
We bought a play set for our grandkids for Christmas and because of the snow in their yard, it wasn't able to be installed until almost 3 months later. From start to finish, the process went very well! Kyle was able to help me figure out which system would work best in our grandkids' back yard, then proceeded to accommodate us with having to reschedule multiple installation appointments because of the snow not melting where the play set needed to go. Kyle and Rich were both incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process and John, the installer, did an outstanding job as well! We would highly recommend doing business with this company - excellent service and product!
I would recommend Rainbow Play Systems over and over. Their showroom is great because it does an awesome job showcasing all of their products. Kyle and his staff are easy to talk to and super knowledgeable and helpful when trying to decide what options to choose.
We scheduled an install date, his team showed up on time, installed quickly, and the system we chose fits perfectly in our small backyard. Our kids love it! Thank you!!
