Rockland Center for the Arts (RoCA) invites families to a special Open House on Friday, April 8, from 1:00–4:00 PM to learn more about Arts Camp @ RoCA, one of the most unique and beloved arts camps in the region.

This is the perfect opportunity for parents and children to experience the magic of RoCA firsthand. Kids can jump into a hands-on art activity, parents can meet the Camp Director and staff, and families can tour RoCA’s beautiful five-acre campus, including our professional art studios, the Catherine Konner Sculpture Park, and our large outdoor swimming pool. If you’re considering an arts-focused summer experience for your child, this event will give you a glimpse into what makes Arts Camp @ RoCA so special.

At Arts Camp @ RoCA, kids don’t just make art—they discover their creative voice in a supportive, engaging environment. Designed for children ages 5-14, our program provides a rich variety of artistic experiences, including painting, drawing, ceramics, sculpture, theater, music, cartooning, dance, yoga, nature explorations, and more. Led by professional artists and experienced educators, our instructors create a curriculum that fosters creative thinking, collaboration, and self-expression. Each child receives personalized attention, thanks to our low camper-to-counselor ratio (5:1 for ages 5-9 and 7:1 for ages 10-14), ensuring a safe and nurturing environment where every camper thrives.

Beyond the art studios, RoCA offers campers a balanced summer experience, with time for outdoor recreation, nature exploration, and daily swimming in our sparkling pool. The camp encourages both creativity and active play, helping children build confidence, develop social skills, and create lifelong memories.
