My 5 year old grandson has been asking about playing soccer for the last year. He wanted to be like his older brother and get to play and we had already decided that we were going to sign him up for soccer this year but then he had an accident at a fishing rodeo that we also took him to and took a fish hook in the eye unsure if he was going to get to attend this wonderful camp . When I was getting ready to call them to see if he would still be able to attend they called me as they need to chance the time of his camp. I told them about his not being able to do any running due to his eye and I was unsure if he could still attend. The Coach told me no problem we will be glad to work with him just to come on down and let the other coach know that he can not be running and what not and he will be more the welcome to work with him. The Coach told me that they would rather work with what he can do then for him to miss out of the whole camp. I was surprised by this so that was a plus in my book. So off to soccer camp we went !! G had a very good time and camp all week and asked already if he could go again next year.
